Police Exam Solutions is a company that provides entrance exams and recruiting solutions to law enforcement agencies in the United States. The company provides recruiting, testing and selection services. The company offers both in-person exams and online exams to applicants. The service allows candidates to easily submit their test results to multiple agencies.

The PES Police Written Exam
The PES pre-employment entrance examination measures the key skills, abilities and other characteristics required for job success, and represents state-of-the-art research and design.
The PES Police Written Exam, usually between 150-250 questions in length. Questions vary depending upon where the department is located and are intended to test communication, problem solving, math, and deductive reasoning skills. In addition to these cognitive skills, three non-cognitive measures are also included: personality constructs, integrity, and biographical data.
